As a well-known chinese can making equipment manufacturer, our company leaders always pay high attention to the after-sales service of can making production lines.

Our company will strictly follow the provisions of the bidding document and the contract, and provide customers with free warranty, maintenance and technical consulting services within one year after the formal delivery of the tin making production equipment. After the warranty period, considering the continuity of equipment maintenance, we suggest that customers sign a maintenance contract with our company to ensure the continuity of technical support and management support necessary for the normal operation of the can makinge quipments.

Production line technical support and maintenance

1.1 Regular maintenance
During the warranty period, our company is responsible for providing technical maintenance personnel and materials for regular maintenance. According to the operation conditions and maintenance procedures of each equipment, carry out the maintenance service of the productin lines, including routine inspection of can making equipment, commissioning equipment, and replacement of abnormal parts

1.2 On site troubleshooting or technical guidance
At the request of customers, our company is responsible for sending professional engineering and technical personnel to the site in time to solve various problems of clients. After the end of the warranty period, lifelong maintenance service will be carried out. If the equipment is damaged, only the cost of replacement parts and a small amount of labor will be charged.

1.3 spare part
Our company will give priority to the supply of spare parts for customers and be responsible for the installation and replacement of customers

1.4 Warranty period
To maintain the normal operation of the can making machine lines, repair or replace the can making equipment, including providing materials, labor, etc.

During the warranty period, provide the maintenance record book, and automatically send the operation status information and maintenance information of the equipment into the network system.

1.5 Arrange regular maintenance and inspection according to the following requirements during the warranty period
Routine inspection of all production line equipments
Clean up all major equipment
Commissioning of all equipment
Replace all abnormal equipment

1.6 Handling of emergency and abnormal situations
Experience shows that in any practical system, some emergency exceptions are inevitable in the operation process, especially for such large and complex equipment as fully automatic tin can make machine

2. In the can making equipment warranty period and the maintenance contract after the warranty period, the handling of such emergency exceptions shall be clearly specified

3. Establish and save complete system documents and service records
During equipment commissioning and handover, our company will provide built drawings, software and hardware documents, operation and maintenance manuals, equipment lists, etc., and help customers to establish operation, management and maintenance documents of the lines, so as to timely provide information in case of failure, quickly find and eliminate the failure, and minimize the loss

Service response time

Our company provides after-sales telephone service. After receiving the repair call, we can arrive at the site or provide remote service on the network no matter during normal working hours or non working hours within 24 hours. Generally, the fault can be eliminated within 5 hours. In addition, our company will consider setting up a project service department in India amd Russia to improve the company’s after-sales service system.

Warranty period

During the one-year warranty period after the tin can production line is officially delivered to customers,we providing free warranty, maintenance, software upgrade and technical consulting services. After the end of the warranty period, lifelong maintenance service will be carried out. If the equipment is damaged, only the cost of replacement parts and a small amount of labor will be charged.

Maintenance content

1.To maintain the normal operation of the tin can production line,we provide Overhaul, including providing materials, labor, etc.

2.Provide the maintenance record book, and automatically send the operation status information and maintenance information of the equipment to the network system.

3.Before and within 1 month after the equipment is officially put into use, personnel on site will be arranged for guidance and operation

After warranty period

If the tin body making equipment is damaged, only material fee and service fee will be charged. The whole production lines company will maintain for life.
